Jennifer Rene Psaki
Psaki is the youngest of three children was born in Stamford in Connecticut to Eileen (nee Dolan), Medvey[8 and Dimitrios (Greek) R. Psaki. Dimitrios, an ex-real estate developer was the father of Eileen, who had emigrated from Greece in 1904. His mother was of Irish descent. Her parents were married in the year 1976. Psaki is also descended from Polish origins. Psaki graduated in 1996 from Greenwich High School. In the year 2000, she was awarded an College of William & Mary degree in English and Sociology. She is a participant in Chi Omega. Psaki participated in backstroke swimming for William & Mary Tribe for two years. Psaki began her professional journey in 2001, working for the reelection campaigns run by Tom Harkin (Iowa Democrats) for the U.S. Senate. Psaki was John Kerry's press secretary deputy in 2004. Psaki was also the director of communications for Joseph Crowley, a U.S. representative, and was the regional press secretary of Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. MSNBC has announced that Psaki will be an analyst in the 2022 United States elections and during the 2024 presidential campaign. In 2023, she'll also host a program on MSNBC's Peacock streaming platform. [3535 Psaki made her first television appearance after leaving her position as White House Press Secretary on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon in a discussion about the Robb Elementary School shooting.
